You need to be a safe and compliant owner operator. I have ZERO CSA points and, although I know it won’t stay that way forever, I’m not looking to inherit everyone else’s so If you’ve got 10 or 20 of your own… Keep them to yourself.

If an owner operator has no CSA points, or at least very few then you probably doing what you need to be doing and doing it right. If you already know how to get the job done right then you don’t need me setting down a bunch of “Company rules” for you to follow and that’s a good thing because I don’t have any and I don’t want to start making a bunch.

Some carriers that you could lease onto will try to tell you how to maintain your equipment. I think if you have no points then you must be doing it just fine without me telling you when and how so you just keep doing what you’ve been doing and we will get along just fine.

If you the guy that thinks scratching your name into the tiles in the men’s room is “cool”… you don’t belong here.

If you think grabbing gears in the parking lot is safe… You don’t belong here.

If you think that the fuel island is your personal parking spot to grab a sit down lunch or shower… you don’t belong here.
